The Chairman, New Auto-Spare Parts Market, Nkpor, Chief Stephen Obiorah Ofoleh has facilitated with Professor Charles Soludo CFR on his well-deserved award conferred to him by the Champion Newspapers Nigeria Limited as the 2023 best Governor of the year in infrastructure and rural development.
