Nestlé Trains 2,600 Food Vendors Across 11 States
Nestlé Professional has trained over 2,600 food vendors through its Business of Food workshops in 11 states, with the latest edition held in Bauchi for 250 participants.
The programme focuses on menu planning, hygiene, pricing, customer service, and food styling, and featured a masterclass by Chef Paulina.
Nestlé’s Business Manager, Ibraheem Awelenje, said the initiative equips small food businesses to thrive, create jobs, and preserve Nigeria’s culinary heritage.
Since inception, the workshops have improved vendors’ skills, boosted customer loyalty, and strengthened livelihoods.
