NDC Rejects Court Ruling, Insists It Has Not Been Deregistered
The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has dismissed a Federal High Court ruling in Lokoja that set aside an earlier judgment compelling INEC to register the party, insisting it remains duly registered and operational.
The party said it has instructed its lawyers to appeal the decision, arguing that the ruling does not amount to deregistration.
