NATO allies have provided over $20 billion in aid to Ukraine amid its ongoing war with Russia, Secretary-General Mark Rutte announced on Thursday.

Speaking alongside U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the NATO Foreign Affairs Ministerial meeting in Brussels, Rutte emphasized that European nations are increasing military assistance to Kyiv.

He stated that the substantial support in the first quarter of the year would help Ukraine sustain its defense efforts for as long as necessary.
