N-POWER!! The Process On How To Easily Get The N-power Job.

Every graduate is enthusiastic to get selected for into the Npower Scheme. The recruitment process this time received greater attention than the general election. No registration process has witnessed this kind of influx and patronage of citizens.

They are 4 applicants in every 5 graduates in the country. Nonetheless, the number to be enlisted is so minimal. Every graduate need this opportunity to begin life with, especially our brothers/sisters who have been on the hunt for jobs year in year out.

1. COHERENT DETAILS

Npower portal uses an AI (artificial intelligence) that check the details you typed in the parameters (spaces for name, surname, date of birth and so on) with the documents you scanned and uploaded. A single mistake or disparity will rule you out. The AI checks the pictures/passports on your credentials to ascertain exactness. I hope you didn’t abbreviate names in your results and typed full names on the portal.

It checks State of Origin, address on scanned documents and the ones you provided.

If you provided under Name SANUSI ROCHAS FAYEMI you have to have that on all your certificates and documents.

If you are sure you are not found wanting in the above. A big congratulations! Now to the next.

Here, many persons will fail. I have seen Agricultural Science graduates selecting Npower teach or Engineering graduates selecting N-power Agro. This is fatal to you getting selected. People who chose appropriate program will get shortlisted for the aptitude test. Ask yourself if you did the right thing.

The above reason is not far from why you are never shortlisted for aptitude test in all your applications. Change that style.

3. APTITUDE TEST

Almost all applicants fail here. In all government recruitment exams, the first thing you need to know is about the Ministry recruiting. Who is the Minister? When was the Ministry created? What is the duty and role of the Ministry?. Learn this, nobody will ask you about Calculus or Photosynthesis.

Learn about the Present Nigeria. What is June 12th in Today’s Nigeria? I am sure 80% of you will fail. Who is the newest Chief of staff to the President?

Know this! Meeting this three requirements is success. Congratulations on being selected. I know you will look for me to appreciate.
