Aliko Dangote has clarified that opposition to his $20bn refinery is from major oil marketers, not the newly appointed NNPC leadership. He praised President Tinubu’s reforms and expressed confidence in the new NNPC team, saying they align with efforts to transform Nigeria’s energy sector.
