Missing Anambra Lawmaker Azuka Found Dead
The decomposing body of Hon. Justice Azuka, a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly who was recently declared missing, has been discovered. Sources confirmed on Thursday morning that a joint security team located his remains near the 2nd Niger Bridge. The Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, verified the discovery in a text message, stating, “Yes, our operatives are currently at the scene. I will provide further details as they become available.” Azuka, who represented Onitsha I North Constituency, was kidnapped by gunmen on December 24, 2024, while returning home via Ugwunaobankpa Road, Inland Town, Onitsha.
