Leadership, Ethics Take Center Stage At UDUF Africa Business Summit

Leadership and ethical values took center stage as the Ultimate Destiny Uplifters Foundation (UDUF) Africa hosted a thought-provoking Business and Leadership Summit at the Archbishop C.J. Patterson Hall, All Saints’ Cathedral, Onitsha.

The event drew an impressive lineup of business leaders, scholars and emerging entrepreneurs from across Nigeria.

The summit themed; “Leadershift: Building a New Mindset for Ethical Leadership,” spotlighted integrity, innovation and mindset transformation as essential drivers of sustainable leadership in today’s business landscape.

Among the distinguished participants were the CEO of Coscharis Group, Dr Cosmos Maduka; CEO of Emos Best Group, Bishop Emmanuel Obiorah; Managing Director of Solution Innovation District, Ms Chinwe Okoli; CEO of Crystal Garden Estate, Dr Simon Chukwu; Director of Onitsha Business School, Dr Olusegun Sogbesun; and Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Paul University, Awka, Professor Chinyere Stella Okunna, who all served as speakers and panelists.

Delivering his keynote address, the President and Founder of UDUF Africa, Dr Smart Ezuma, explained that the summit’s theme; “Leadershift,” was deliberately chosen to inspire young people to adopt a growth-oriented mindset and nurture a new generation of value-driven, visionary leaders.

In separate interviews, Bishop Obiorah, Professor Okunna and Dr Chukwu applauded UDUF Africa for creating what they described as a transformative platform for leadership development and youth empowerment.

They urged young Nigerians to embrace continuous learning, pursue productive ventures, and uphold integrity and transparency in their business engagements.
