Former presidential candidate and NNPP leader, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has described the African Democratic Congress (ADC) national convention as a historic political milestone aimed at repositioning Nigeria for better governance.

Kwankwaso made the remarks in a statement shared on his X (Twitter) handle following his participation at the ADC National Convention held in Abuja.
He said the convention represents a renewed effort by party leaders to unite under a common vision of “rescuing Nigeria” from its current socio-political and economic challenges. He also praised the unity displayed by delegates and described the gathering as a sign of the party’s readiness for the 2027 general elections.

According to him, the convention demonstrated a “strong and unbreakable spirit” among members of the party and reaffirmed their commitment to building a more stable and prosperous country.
Kwankwaso also expressed optimism that the ADC, under its current leadership structure, is positioning itself as a viable alternative political platform ahead of future elections.
