Kogi LG imposes curfew, bans vigils over rising insecurity

Omala LGA in Kogi State has imposed a 7 pm–6 am curfew, suspended public gatherings including religious vigils, and banned festival fireworks amid rising insecurity. Chairman Edibo Mark said heightened patrols and stop-and-search operations aim to protect lives and property.
