Take note that after seven working days of this notice, all camps and unapproved structures in our LGA shall be totally declared illegal and destroyed. Recourse shall only be given to structures approved by the Oshimili North Local Government and the Delta State Government.

All inconveniences are regretted as this remains the only way we have resolved to enable us account for our residents and fish out the bad elements who only live in our bushes and shanties in the LGA.

Oshimili North Local Government
?
I highly recommend this to all the Local Government Authorities in the South Eastern States. For crying out loud our people ought to be seen to be responding to the visibly glaring threat of unrestrained illegal migration of undesirable characters into our space. Ignoring it smacks of irresponsible leadership. Not being proactive to it’s likely imminent unpalatable consequences amounts to failure of leadership. In either case the current Igbo political leadership (governors, senators, house members both State & National), socio-cultural & traditional leaders (Ohaneze, Town Union Leaders, Igwes etc.) can’t be exonerated!
