Voters in Okpuno Uzodike Hall, venue for Nnewi Ward 1 at the commencement of voting this morning are experiencing ballot paper shortfall and malfunctioning smart card Readers.
We confirmed authoritatively that ballot papers for Presidential Election were only 600 instead of 627 in Voting Point 2 while in Voting Point One initial Card Reader problems has been addressed.
