The Secretariat of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE),Imo State Chapter along ever busy Owerri- Port Harcourt express road came alive again within week after months of being deserted as National Industrial Court sitting in Owerri and presided over  by  Honourable Justice I. S Galadima quashed out an interim order restraining Comrade Richard Eze led state union leadership from parading themselves until the substantive case is determined and restored his leadership as the authentic and certified leadership of the union while the issues are still pending in the Court.

According to 3 paged an “Enrolled  Court Order” emanating from the suit number NICN/OW/2021, the court stated its order restraining the purported caretaker committee,  their agent or proxy not to interfer or disrupt any activity of Comrade Richard Eze led leadership as the substantive and validly elected officers of NULGE Imo State chapter pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.
