Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has called on christians to live out the true essence of Christianity by lifting up giving, especially to the poor and the forgotten.

Governor Soludo was speaking when he officially commissioned the Seraphic Psychiatric Hospital and Old People’s Home, Aguleri built by Zion Prayer Movement Outreach.

While stating that it is in line with his government’s drive, appreciating Ebuka Obi for changing the narrative and having the presence of mind to embark on the project, he pledged monthly support for the facility, transformer for electrification and the road leading to the facility.

For his part, Evangelist Ebuka Obi said that such facility has been his vision as a child, announced that it will become fully functional by next month, and praised Governor Soludo’s good works, especially the light house which he described as a mini-city.

The home is a 500-bed facility.
