Governor Sule commissions PPRS, hails PMB, IGP foresights

The Nasarawa state governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule on Friday commissioned the newly established Police Public Relations School in Lafia the Nasarawa state capital.

Governor Sule’ who performed the commissioning ceremony,was represented by his deputy,Dr Emmanuel Akabe at the instance of the Inspector General of police,represented by DIG ,ICT, David Oyebanjo,

According to the governor,the establishment of the Institute is a welcome development that is capable of changing the perceptions of the the personnels to embracing best global practices as obtained in advanced countries.

Governor Sule’ also assured the Nigerian police of his administration’s continuous support in order to achieve a safe and secured Nasarawa state .

He thanked President Mohammadu Buhari for that feat and commended the foresight of the Inspector General of Police for situating the school in Lafia.

On his part the Inspector General of police Adamu Mohammed, thanked the Governor for availing his support to security and easing up their task of policing the society.

He added that the establishment of the school was in furtherance to President Mohammadu Buhari’s dream of boosting the image of the police and sharpen the perception of it’s personnel.
