FG Seeks Partnerships to Tackle 20m Housing Deficit, Commissions New Units in Abuja

Housing Minister Ahmed Dangiwa says Nigeria must deepen partnerships with developers, mortgage firms, and private investors to bridge its 20m-unit housing gap.

Speaking at the commissioning of the FHA Express View Estate in Lugbe, Abuja, Dangiwa said housing is central to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. The estate’s first phase delivers 110 units, while Lagos has provided 4,896 homes to new owners.
