Federal Government urged to revive Ngwo Borstal for juveniles
Rev. Ikechukwu Nwaogu urged the Federal Government to reopen the abandoned Ngwo Borstal in Enugu to support juvenile offenders and GBV survivors, citing over 1,000 cases reported by the state task force since December 2025.
