Federal Government suspends NIHOTOUR enforcement nationwide
The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy has halted all NIHOTOUR enforcement activities nationwide to protect operators’ rights and ensure legal compliance.
The suspension covers inspections, fines, licensing enforcement, and security-led operations, pending a full review and stakeholder consultations.
