Federal Government launches drive to cut sachet water use
NESREA says Nigeria consumes 2.5bn litres of sachet water yearly. The new “Circular Solutions to Plastic Pollution” project aims to reduce single-use plastics while ensuring safe drinking water, supported by UNEP and GEF.
