FCTA Begins Enforcement on 1,095 FCT Properties Over Unpaid Ground Rent
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has started enforcement actions on 1,095 properties in Asokoro, Maitama, Garki, and Wuse after owners failed to pay ground rent, C-of-O bills, penalties, and land use fees despite repeated public notices. The move follows the expiration of a 14-day final grace period.
