FCT CP Cautions Against Deception In Police Recruitment Exercise

The Commissioner of Police in charge of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja Mr Babaji Sunday has advised criminal elements against extortion in the ongoing police recruitment in the territory.

In a press statement Mr Sunday called on candidates from the Federal Capital Territory to make all enquiries through the official contact of the recruitment process.

He advised candidates not to allow themselves to be deceived by criminal elements who might want to take advantage of the exercise to extort.

The Commissioner of Police said the recruitment is absolutely free and warned that anyone found wanting will be made to face the full wrath of the law.

According to him applicants could check their recruitment status on the portal throughwww.policerecruitment.gov.ng. from today, to Tuesday, October twenty-sixth saying that candidates whose status show they are qualified for the next stage of the recruitment exercise will have access to their examination slip.
