Ezechukwu family dedicates twins at Our Lady Queen of Peace

The family of Afamuefuna Marcel Ezechukwu joyfully went to the Altar of God with relations, friends and well wishers to appreciate God for their new born twins.

The twins, Kwenyere Chim and Chimemezugo were dedicated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Bridge-Head Housing Estate Fegge Onitsha, Anambra.

www.odogwublog.com learnt that the twins were born, just two years, after God blessed Ezechukwu family with bouncing baby boy having experienced 21 years of Childlessness.

However, the dedication attracted  presence of Rev. Fr. Jude Anokwasi, Rev. Fr. James Ezeonwuka, Rev.Fr. Nwakasi Emmanuel, Rev. Fr. Jude Ezeogama, Rev. Fr. Anthony Ezeogamba, Rev.Fr. Bonaventure Ofoneta, Rev. Fr. Clement Obi and Rev. Fr. Basil Okeluo.

At the service, Parish priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Rev. Fr. Basil Okeluo eulogized friends and well wishers of Ezechukwu family who came to celebrate with them.

He hinted that Afamu Ezechukwu is a parishioner and he deserves to be respected, revealing that  parish programs for the day was waved out in order to join him for the celebration.

Also, the vice chairman parish council of the parish, Mr. Francis Obi who acted as  Chairman of the occasion praised God for granting the twins to the Ezechukwu family.

Similarly, Mr. Anthony Chukwudi Eluka popularly known as Tony Bank described Ezechukwu family as family of great faith, adding that their zeal in worshipping God is worthy to be emulated, even as Mrs Njideka Eluka ” Miridoredo” prayed God to continue blessing Ezechukwu family and provide them resources to train their twins and urged other awaiting couple to wait for God’s appointed time.

Fielding questions from newsmen, Mr. Afamuefuna Marcel Ezechukwu expressed his gratitude to God for His abundance blessings in his family.

” I was shedding tears when I was coming to the reception arena.  I never imagined myself having a second son and my wife having her first daughter. Infacts, I could not imagined that God could do this for me.

I am overwhelmed and I don’t know how to express my feelings before God. But, all I know is that I will be worshipping Him. I can’t go without Him, I can’t do without Him. My heart is full of Joy” He posited.

Afamu Ezechukwu who is the Vice Chairman of Power Tools and Allied Products Dealers Bridge-Head  Market Onitsha noted that he could not wish his worst enemy what he passed through while waiting for God to bless his family with Child, just as he extolled all his  business associates, priests relations, friends and parishioners who celebrated with his family.
