Excitements, Joy in Anambra as President Tinubu Visits.

There was happiness and Joy in the minds of Citizens of Anambra State as they all is set to receive the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces and President of Nigeria, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu (Asiwaju) who is in Anambra State for a one day visit.
The State Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo few weeks ago informed that the President is visiting Anambra State, informing that the visit is to commission some projects already completed in the state, including the Solution Fun City, government house, government lodge, in Awka the state capital among others across the state.
However, there is Joy and peaceful atmosphere across the state, especially in Awka, where the environment has taken a new look following massive decorations,
Some banners reada “Mr President Asiwaju, Ndi Anambra loves you”, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu – Your voice matters, join the PBAT movement tomorrow”, Asiwaju Nnoo, Anambra welcomes you with open arms” among others
Also decorated are the newly Solution bus terminal at Aroma, Solution WI-FI centre etc, while the roads, streets and parks have been swept clean, as workers were seen yesterday very busy mounting flags, flowers and repairing or replacing damaged street lights.
Also groups of youths and women wearing dresses of different colours were seen at some locations singing or dancing in anticipation of the president’s tour of important places in the state.
Meanwhile different reactions from some residents in the state have trailed President Tinubu’s visit, either praising him and the governor or criticized the visit.
Some includes Mr Emeka Onwuaso trader and Ms Ifeoma Nduka civil servant ,In their separate speeches said, “its good development that Governor Chukwuma Soludo has invited Tinubu to Anambra State. This shows that Mr. President approves the good job on infrastructural development going on in the state. We are very happy to see the President,
He said, “It is an honourable invitation and acceptance by PBAT to commission governor Soludo’s completed projects. There is nothing wrong in coming to Anambra State to see things by himself. Anambra is fast developing and assuming the number one state in terms of investment and innovations. Soludo should now endeavour to embark on profitable and relevant developmental projects”.
