Enugu East Senator, Kelvin Chukwu, Dumps The Labour Party, For The APC
Recall that in 2023, Mr Peter Obi hit the street of Enugu state to campaign for Mr Kelvin Chukwu, the younger brother of Oyibo Chukwu that was murdered three days to the election.
Chukwu attributed his defection to the lingering crisis within the Labour Party.
His departure leaves the Labour Party with just four senators in the 10th Senate, with Senator Okey Ezea (Enugu North) now the party’s only representative from Enugu State.
