Enugu APC Guber: Ogara fights back…drags Oshiomhole, Ayogu to court

All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship ticket is still tearing the party apart as Barr. George Ogara has dragged the national chairman of the party Adams Oshiomhole and his opponent Ayogu Eze to court.

In a Motion on Notice with Suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/1305/2018 Ogara is seeking an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the party, and Oshiomhole by themselves, their servants, agents, privies or whosoever from submitting any other name not being the name of the plaintiff to INEC pending the determination of the substantive suit.

In the matter which was filed on November 2, 2018 at an Abuja Federal High Court Ogara is also seeking an order restraining INEC from receiving any other name not being the name of the Plaintiff.

Ogara is seeking the order on the grounds that he scored the highest number of votes cast in the direct primary election conducted for Enugu State Governorship aspirants on 4/10/2118 for the nomination of the Enugu state governorship candidate.

The latest court matter in the APC Enugu guber tussle is Ogara’s reply to the list of APC guber candidate published in a national daily.
