Prophet Godwin Ikuru, the founder of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry and a member of the APC presidential campaign council has blasted the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele for throwing the entire into confusion and disarray because of the new cash policy.

Speaking to newsmen in Lagos, the famous prophet maintained that the CBN governor is toying with the entire nation with the new cash policy and giving just ten days extension to the dismay of Nigerians. He said, “Emefiele is a total failure, he has chosen to frustrate Nigerians and every sector of the economy with this new cash policy, the CBN governor must know that ten days extension is unacceptable”.

He maintained that every sector of the economy had been crippled because of the scarcity of the new cash, he said: “I was in the Eastern part of Nigeria some days ago, and I discovered that this new cash policy has brought so much fear, anxiety and restiveness, Emefiele is insensitive to the plight of the people, this shouldn’t be obtainable in a democratic setting, he has succeeded in putting fear and confusion in Nigeria and it is unacceptable”.

He reiterated that the ten days extension is just to make a mockery and fool Nigerians, “even the ATMs are still dispensing the old currencies, the ten days extension is not healthy for Nigerians, Emefiele is insensitive to the plight of Nigerians and it is a big shame and Mockery to the people of Nigeria”.
