EFCC seals Sylva’s Abuja home over alleged $14.8m fraud
The EFCC sealed former Petroleum Minister Timipre Sylva’s Maitama residence on Monday over an alleged $14.8m fraud. His aide, Julius Bokoru, condemned the action as arbitrary and unlawful, saying it targeted Sylva’s family and staff, some of whom remain detained.
Bokoru stressed the move was not linked to President Tinubu but stemmed from local political disputes.
