DSS Frees Three Wrongly Detained Suspects, Awards N3m Compensation
The Department of State Services has released Umar Ibrahim, Bello Rabiu, and Jaja Sarki Bamo, wrongly detained over alleged banditry and kidnapping.
DG Oluwatosin Ajayi approved their release and a ₦3 million compensation after investigations found them innocent. The DSS says the move reflects its commitment to justice and due process.
