Dr Nkala ,HOD, Mass Comm Paul University, now Director General Studies, hands over to Prof Uzochukwu as HOD Mass Comm

Head of Department, Mass Communication, Paul University Awka, Dr Azubuike Davidson Nkala, has been appointed the Director General Studies Paul University Awka.

This is coming as Dr Nkala has handed over the Mass Communication Department to Prof Chinwe Uzochukwu,who recently came to Paul University on sabbatical leave from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.

He has assumed office at the Directorate of General Studies.

At the event, Prof Stella Chinyere Okunna,the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) and Co-ordinator, Postgraduate program in Mass Communication presided over the solemn but brief ceremony.

All the academic staff pledged their support to the incoming Head of Department and wished Dr Nkala success in his new office.

Present at the ceremony were Dr Nwedo-Nzeribe,Dr Prisca Nwankwo, Mr Jude Pascal Okoye and Mrs Nkiru Okoye, all lecturers in the Department.
