Done Deal: Chelsea Agree Personal Terms With German Star.

Chelsea has reportedly agreed personal terms with German star kai Harvertz .As he has agreed a salary worth €8m a year. Blues boss frank has already secured the service of fellow German and Ajax forward Hakim for a combined fee of £83.5m
