Court voids CBN’s dissolution of Union Bank board
A Federal High Court in Lagos has nullified the Central Bank of Nigeria’s 2024 dissolution of the Union Bank of Nigeria board, ordering immediate reinstatement and voiding all actions taken by the interim management.
