Court Summons Obazee, Others in Emefiele $6.23m Fraud Trial
The FCT High Court has summoned former CBN special investigator Jim Obazee and another witness to testify in the trial of ex-CBN governor Godwin Emefiele over alleged $6.23m fraud.
The court ordered them to appear on April 28, 2026, as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission prosecutes the case involving alleged abuse of office and financial misconduct.
