Court dismisses Sowore’s no-case submission in Tinubu cyberbullying trial
The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed Omoyele Sowore’s no-case submission in a cyberbullying case filed by the DSS over alleged defamatory remarks against President Bola Tinubu.
Justice Mohammed Umar ruled that the prosecution had established a prima facie case and ordered Sowore to open his defence.
