Court Approves UK Medical Trip for Kogi Gov’s Chief of Staff

A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted Kogi Governor Ododo’s Chief of Staff, Ali Bello, permission to travel to the UK for medical treatment.

The court also allowed co-defendant Yakubu Adabenege to travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj. Both are on trial for alleged N3bn money laundering. Justice Obiora Egwuatu adjourned the case to October 13–14.
