Comrade Anih emerged as new UNIZIK SUG President
Mr. Chukwuemeka Anih has just been elected as the new President, Students Union Government of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
In a keenly contested election held electronically on Saturday, May 15, 2021, Mr. Ani polled a total of 1294 votes to beat 4 other contestants.
Miss Chisom Augusta Ukoha was elected as the Vice President.
The electoral process was monitored in the situation room which is domiciled at the Students Affairs unit by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Charles Esimone, FAS, the Dean, Student Affairs, Professor Chinonso Achebe, the UNECO Chairman, Dr. Derick Orji, and other UNECO members, representatives of various aspirants and the NANS.
