COEASU Threatens Strike Over Crisis at Imo College of Education

The Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU) has called on Governor Hope Uzodimma to address alleged mismanagement at the Benjamin Uwajumogu State College of Education, Ihitte Uboma. The union accused Acting Provost Dr. Maryrose Nwachukwu of contract irregularities, exclusion of academic staff from key activities, and inadequate facilities. They threatened industrial action within two weeks if the issues are not resolved.
