Chief Ezeonwuka attends Agwu celebrations in Oba

Igbo Spiritual Leader Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka (OGILISI IGBO) was present today during the Agwu Celebrations at Mmirimalugo Villa in Oba, Anambra State.

The event was characterized by various cultural activities and was attended members of OGILISI FOUNDATION including the Chairman, Dr. Linus Uche Okechukwu, Chief Emmanuel Adogu (Rtd Principal Merchant of Light Schools Oba), Chief Ako Onugha (M/D Oba Microfinance Bank) and others too numerous to mention.

The Agwu is the Igbo patron deity of health and divination, and one of the basic Igbo theological concepts employed to explain good and evil, health and sickness, wealth and poverty, and fortune and misfortune.

Chief Ezeonwuka took the opportunity to call on Ndi Igbo to always recognize and identify with their culture and tradition, as this is the only means through which the many challenges facing the Igbo Nation could be addressed.
