The England international who pulled up a surprise win against Manchester united on their FA cup semi-final tie, has identified Brazilian experience star Alex Telles, as a player that will fit into the philosophy at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is eager to continue his spending spree as he’s desperately in hunt of a new left-back that will serve as a possible replacement of ageing Marco Alonso.

The 27-years-old Brazilian in-form superstar who joined the Portuguese club back in July 12, 2016 from Galatasaray, has been on a blazing form since his arrival at the club.

Alex Telles who’s regarded as on of the brightest star at the Brazilian national team and the the Portuguese club, play mainly as a left-back but he can also play as a left-midfielder or a left-winger in some occasions for the club.

The Brazilian versatile player has been featured in 49 appearances, scored 13 goals and he has created 13 assists so far in all competitions this season. However, having an experience player of his age as a possible replacement for Marcos Alonso, will definitely bolster the back-line and also add more depth to the attacking force of the front-line due to his unstoppable skill in driving forward.

The left-back superstar who has been a key player for the Portuguese club due to his consistent form and excellent performance, has registered 2 goals and three assists over the last four matches for the FC Porto club side.However, he has a scary record in total from the left-back position. He has registered 55 assists and 24 goals over the last four seasons for at the Portuguese club.

No doubt, his record is not to the compare with Marcos Alonso and Emerson who are currently playing at the left-back position.

The west London club wil definitely want to trigger a signing of a quality left-back that appear to be more cheaper and reliable than Ben Chilwell.
