Chairman’s speech on the 1million-man march for Obi
Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today 21st May 2022, Nigerians across the 36 States of the Federation and FCT are united in the 1million-Man March calling on the PDP leadership and delegates to help the future of our children and our country by giving Nigerians someone who we believe possesses the requisite capability to restore Nigeria to the path of greatness. Its a call to bring Nigeria into a new era of global recognition and respect. Nigerians are marching to request PDP delegates to give us H.E Peter Obi.
The Coalition for Peter Obi (CPO) is a collection of all Peter Obi Support groups in Nigeria and Diaspora who for the love of our Fatherland has came together to raise funds estimated at approximately N5m.
This funds were transparently donated and expensed to support the logistics for the 1million-Man March.
The *1million-Man March* will be streamed live, and we shall link up with every state coordinator to capture activities from their various locations. Please send us videos and pictures of activities in your locations to your regional Coordinators.

It’s important everyone understands that this project is self funding……. we have not received a kobo from any politician. We want to maintain our independence and keep our conscience clean.
No body is paying anyone to step out and work for their country. Our collective task is to see a progressive Nigeria under a responsible leadership.
Please, as we March for our country Nigeria today, its important we maintain PEACE, avoid disorderly behaviours…… listen to your team leads, and ensure any provocation from any quarter does not escalate into unbecoming behaviours.
Let us live the life of our Principal H.E Peter Obi and be a role model to all.
