BudgIT faults Tinubu over 2026 budget presentation
Civic group BudgIT has accused President Bola Tinubu of planning to present the ₦54.4 trillion 2026 budget without releasing a report on the implementation of the 2025 budget.
In a statement on X, BudgIT said the absence of a 2025 budget performance report raises accountability concerns as Tinubu is expected to present the 2026 budget to the National Assembly on Friday.
