Breaking: Prof Okunna emerges DVC Paul University , Prof Onu too

Prof Chinyere Stella Okunna has been appointed Deputy Vice-Chancellor, DVC, of Paul University Awka, Anambra State.
Her appointment as DVC Academic, which was approved by the Senate of the University at its meeting of Thursday 27th January 2022, makes her the First Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the institution.
Okunna is a renowned Professor of Mass Communication and First Female Professor of Mass Communication in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Also appointed DVC Administration, in Adjunct capacity, is Prof Godwin Onu, Professor of Political Science and astute Administrator, and former Rector of Federal Polytechnic Oko.
Paul University is a private university owned by 55 Dioceses of the Anglican Communion East of the Niger, with Venerable Prof Obiora Nwosu as its current Vice-Chancellor.
