FCT Court Orders Immediate Release of CUPP Spokesman. The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, on Monday, 22nd June, ordered the immediate and unconditional release of the Spokesperson of the Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, Ikenga Ugochinyere Imo.
The court ordered the Inspector General of Police to release Ugochinyere “forthwith and unconditionally” from what it described as “unlawful and illegal incarceration” stating that it’s “a product of disobedience of a lawful and subsisting order of court.’
