Bishop Oguejiofor urges Youths to stop demolition of Govt facilities

The new Bishop of Province IV, Christ Holy Church International (CHC Int’l) a.k.a Nation Builders, Rt. Rev.Abel Amaraghara Oguejiofor has called on youths tagged unknown gunmen, bandits and other people engaged in the killing of Security agents and demolition cum burning of police stations, correctional facilities and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) offices across the Southern parts of Nigeria to desist from such saying that two wrongs cannot make a right.

Bishop Oguejiofor made the call while addressing newsmen after his Consecration and Installation at the CHC Int’l Province IV church headquarters, Nnewi.

He further advised the youths probably enraged because of failed leadership and economic situation of the country not to aggravate the insecurity situation already bedeviling the country where the menace of kidnapping, banditry, rape, blood letting has become the order of the day urging them to embrace Jesus Christ and live a Holy and reformed life in the fear of God.

” Violence and Burning of Government properties is not the way out of the situation we have found ourselves in our dear country Nigeria. Let the youths stop the burning and demolition of Government facilities. My Message for the Youths and everyone is to embrace Jesus Christ, put their faith and trust in God that is the only way out”, said Oguejiofor.

Earlier in his homily, the General Superintendent CHC Int’l, Most Rev. Dr. Daniel Okoh after describing the newly installed Bishop as a hard-working, patient and dedicated shepherd admonished the members and Christians on the need for togetherness and unity.

“According to I Thesolonians 5:12,13 Let us be seen together, working together in peace and harmony. Also, honor is to be given to those laboring righteously in God’s vineyard”, said the prelate.

Moreover, Evangelist Charles Nzenwata from CHC Int’l Arochukwu after eulogizing the impactful achievements of Bishop Oguejiofor advised the youths engaging in destruction of Government facilities to desist from such adding that Leaders should take up their responsibilities of providing infrastructure, security and enabling socio- economic environment for her citizens as a panacea to vices many youths engage in due to frustrations.

The Vicar CHC Int’l Nnewi headquaters, Pastor Henry Damanze, Snr Evan. Shedrack Oraekie, Evang. Promise Ihedioha, Sunday Odinakachukwu and Chief Ernest Onyenze, Akajiugo Owerenkworji, Imo State in their separate speeches described the new Bishop as a man of impecable character whose deligience and 50 years fruitfulness in God’s vineyard earned his elevation.

They all prayed that God will continue to strengthen the celebrator with grace, health and long life urging everyone including youths to see heaven as the target thereby living a life void of violence and worthy of emulation.
