Bishop Ikeakor Gifts Wife Brand New Car for Mothers Sunday

The 2026 Mothering Sunday Celebration of the Anglican Communion, took place in all Anglican Churches in the whole world including the Anglican Diocese of Amichi recently.
At the event at Amichi Anglican Diocese,the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Amichi, The Rt Revd Ephraim Okechukwu Ikeakor led the way in the celebration by gifting the wife, Dame Nkem Ikeakor, the latest 2026 brand new High Lander Toyota Jeep.Dame Nkem Ikeakor is the President, Mothers Union, Women Guild and Girls Guild of the Diocese of Amichi.
The Bishop dedicated the brand new SUV at the Bishop’s Court in the presence of the Priests, their wives and other members of the Diocese.
The wife, Dame Nkem Ikeakor, shortly after the dedication, led the people in songs of praise to God in appreciation for the goodness of God in her life and family.
She made it clear that God is the one who knows when to put a smile on the lips of anyone. She prayed for God to put smiles on the lips of every mother and family in this season.
The Bishop, equally gifted all the clergy wives in the Diocese a wrapper each for the Mothering Sunday Celebration at the Bishop’s Court after they have been treated to a sumptuous meal with assorted drinks.
According to Revd Ugochukwu Umeakuana, the Amichi Diocesan Communicator, Bishop Ikeakor also visited All Saints Church, Osumenyi, St Stephens Church, Osumenyi and St James Church, Azigbo where he gave each mother in these churches a bag of 10kg rice each, wrapper, ground-nut oil and cartons of tomatoes in the spirit of the Mothering Sunday Celebration.
Recall that it is in the tradition of the Bishop to pay surprise visits to any church of his choice in the Diocese during the Mothering Sunday Celebration and give them gifts.
