Strengthen the Judiciary by making it truly independent. Once the judiciary is good to go, every offender will be prosecuted and the next offender will think twice before committing any offence.

Appoint an honest Nigerians whose credibility are top-notch.Minimize the time it takes to prosecute a case.

Let there be capital punishment meted to offenders with no option of fines. For Example, if a rape offender is arrested and convicted, let there be a life sentence to such an individual.

On crimes such as humongous embezzlement by individuals and government officials, there should be maximum punishment such as life sentence and forfeiture of properties acquired illegally.
