Having enjoyed the support of her people of langtang North and South as their representative for about Sixteen years now,a couple of people from that constituency have said it is high time Honourable barrister Beni Butmak Lar bowed out in appreciation of their unflenching support or risk losing her seat in shame.

While the disposition of some of this indivisible ethnic speaks volume, there are others who will not trade with the contributions so far made by the lawmaker over the years,as they would rather have this first female lawmaker in plateau state, remain in charge.

In reality,Barrister Beni Lar,if not for the quest of giving opportunities to others to show case their visions and drive for a better langtang, as a constituency, have performed creditabily well even above her predecessors, since she assumed office in 2007, comparatively speaking.

Some of the points raised beginning to gain grounds and may affect her re-election in the fourth coming election are largely built up on her continuous stay, while others had it that she was becoming too difficult to be approached and that since her re-election in 2019 which makes her fourth time of 16 years in the house of representative ,not much was done by her in meeting the people’s expectations ,rather than unfulfilled promises.

” We are Tarok people,a family ,no doubt, let her come down and thank the people for the support and may be move further,we can stand by her even if she wants to contest for governorship in the state, but for her 2023 ambition,it would be better she look elsewhere or riske defeat, because we are in touch with other vibrant sons of our land for the job.

The de-factor in the quest of honourable Beni Lar,as alleged ,was that most of her programmes today are until dictated to her by the seating chairman of the local government, honourable, Joshua Ubandoma and elders as the former minister of FCT, senator J.T Useni is left behind in her political drive, which a lot of her PDP members have found very uncomfortable.
