Behold the New State Chief of Protocol, Anambra State
The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has appointed Prof. Frank-Collins Nnamdi Okafor the new State Chief of Protocol (SCOP).
Prof. Frank-Collins Okafor is a Professor of International Relations and Strategic Studies in the Department of Political Science, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He also holds a PhD(virtual) in Urban Economics from the BREAD/IGC of the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Diploma in Peace and Security Management from the KF & Triune Biblical University, USA. He is the current University Orator and served as the Immediate Past Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Head of Department, Political Science.
Prof Okafor is an Ambassador, African Agenda 2063 and Ambassador of Peace, Institute of Economics and Peace, Sydney Australia; Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Legislative Fellow of TISSA and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, etc. He is also a one time Chairman, Anambra State Government Committee on Recovery of Government Lands and Secretary, 2025 State Solution Campaign Secretariat.
Frank-Collins Okafor is an erudite scholar with research interest in International Relations, Diplomacy and Strategic Studies; Transnational Organised Advance Fee Fraud, Migration, Peace and Conflict Studies and has published extensively in various local and international journals and other academic outlets. He is widely travelled, nationally, and internationally on conferences and other related engagements. He is happily married with four beautiful children.
