Behold, APGA’s Hope for Awka North and South Federal Constituency

A picture they say, tells a thousand stories. I sneaked this quick shot from High Chief Dr Azubuike Ekweozor, Ide Umuawulu and I was just imagining what was going through his mind.
He was so engulfed with his thoughts that he didn’t know I picked this shot.

I was bold enough to ask him what he was meditating on after we had settled. I came on the invitation of his campaign DG, Hon Prince Chinedu Okafor to accompany them to the mothers Sunday event at the Catholic Church.
His response to me left me thinking deep. He said and I quote: ‘ I am thinking on how best to transform Awka North and South Federal constituency if I emerge as party flagbearer of APGA and eventually wins the election’. Already work is ongoing on the roads we awarded in Amawbia and Nibo Communities”, end of quote.

My visit was an eye-opener.  High Chief Dr Azubuike Ekweozor is living in a palace in Umuawulu, and in my estimation, he isn’t hungry and may never be.

I have seen and heard so many testimonies of his benevolence from afar, but that particular visit left me mouth agape on his impactful lifestyle to Nigerians, his people and Anambrarians at large.

That has increased my reverence for his person, a lot was said, so much was learnt.

Digging deep, I found out, sweet testimonies are on the lips of many widows, indigents, orphans even Politicians who he has sponsored over the years without any strings attached.  

High Chief Dr Azubuike Ekweozor, Ide Umuawulu I have learnt is a  brand every reasonable being should identify with.

If I am to say, I would say Ide Umuawulu has paid his dues and that this his political ambition is a time, he should be repaid in full.

If my opinion would count, as APGA primaries draw nearer,  I will advise all the APGA  delegates to look beyond sentiments, personal or pecuniary interests, but in solidarity vote for Ide Umuawulu, for he is truly the man that will pilot the affairs of Awka North and South Federal constituency with peace and harmony, leading to growth and development of the constituency.

For him to have impacted so many lives without being in the corridors of power if given the opportunity, he shall do more.

For him to have given succour to the indigents with his hard-earned money and not money pillaged from government coffers,  he surely has a lot in the box for the people of Awka North and South Federal constituency.

For him to have attracted and sponsored 3 kilometres of road in Amawbia, and 10 kilometres of road in Nibo, he is prepared. I heard Awka North is benefiting too with a road at Amansea or so. My prayer goes to him to secure the ticket of APGA to represent Awka North and South Federal constituency.

I ask, what other rocket sign do we seek for to support Ide Umuawulu on this journey.

“Ndi Igbo si na esi a to aro ama is nsi” No matter the level of grammar blown, High Chief Dr Azubuike Ekweozor is the only impeccable candidate amongst all his contemporaries contending for this post.

“Ndi Awka North and South ka Ide Umuawulu je  kene”
