Terrorists have demanded about N6bn ransom for hundreds of abducted victims in Borno and Kaduna states, raising fresh security concerns across Nigeria.

Boko Haram reportedly asked for N5bn for 416 women and children abducted in Gwoza, while gunmen in Kaduna demanded N1bn for kidnapped residents in Kachia LGA.
