Godwin Obaseki, the Governor of Edo State has backed Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra’s claim regarding Edo part of Biafra land. It was reported that during the live broadcast of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Sunday August 2nd 2020.
Kanu stated that some part of Edo State bears Igbo names like Ngozi, Emeka, Chioma.
According to the Biafra Supreme leader, he said that they speaks Igbo, places like igbake and part is Esia all these places belong to Biafraland.
Reacting to it Godwin Obaseki has also confirmed nnamdi Kanu claims and said that Nnamdi Kanu is right, because according to history many people in Edo migrate from South East.
